\n\tJelly Roll<\/a> was joined by Lainey Wilson<\/a>, Marshmello<\/a>, Public Enemy<\/a> and others for a star-studded benefit concert to support the first responders who battled the recent wildfires in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Saturday night (Feb. 1), the \u201cI Am Not Okay\u201d singer performed at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., before a crowd of nearly 16,000, made up entirely of emergency personnel, including over 1,000 incarcerated firefighters from across the state.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI want you to know that you are here tonight because you are a hero or you are a loved one of a hero,\u201d the country<\/a> star told the audience. \u201cAnd I knew the moment I was watching this go down all the way in Tennessee in my house, I thought if I got a chance to go to California I was gonna play music to everyone who worked their a\u2013 off for the last two months trying to keep the rest of this place safe. Thank y\u2019all for having me tonight \u2014 this is awesome!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe two-hour show, dubbed Jelly Roll & Friends, was held in partnership with Live Nation and featured a 30-song setlist. Additional guest performers included Nate Smith and Shinedown.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Antioch, Tenn., native opened the evening with hits like \u201cLiar,\u201d \u201cSon of a Sinner,\u201d \u201cI Am Not Okay\u201d and \u201cNeed a Favor,\u201d before welcoming his special guests to the stage. Highlights of the night included duets with Nate Smith on \u201cWhiskey on You\u201d and with Shinedown on \u201cSecond Chance.\u201d Public Enemy and Marshmello also took the stage, performing \u201cFight the Power\u201d and \u201cHappier,\u201d respectively. The evening came to a close with Jelly Roll and Wilson performing their Grammy-nominated hit \u201cSave Me\u201d and other fan-favorites.<\/p>\n

\n\tSaturday\u2019s free concert was exclusively for members of California\u2019s emergency response teams, including California Professional Fire Fighters, the National Guard, the California Conservation Corps, CDCR, LAPD, LA Sheriff\u2019s Department, Pasadena PD, Sierra Madre PD, Arcadia PD, Angeles National Forest, Ventura Training Center, FirstTix members, and their families, according to a press release.<\/p>\n

\n\tThis wasn\u2019t the only benefit concert Jelly Roll participated in to support those impacted by the Southern California wildfires. The six-time Billboard<\/em> Country Airplay chart-topper also took part in the massive FireAid benefit concert<\/a> on Jan. 30, held at L.A.\u2019s Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum. The event also featured performances by Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Lady Gaga and more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
